Project Process Diagnostics

To cooperate and jointly understand and achieve goals includes, among other things, knowledge of effective and accessible communication.
Project Process Diagnostics (PPD) is a fast and efficient way to achieve consensus about the company and its long-term strategy. PPD is based on the results of interviews with managers and executives within the company or organization. This is done based on personnel, processes and tools as well as the interaction between them.

Content
Project Process Diagnostics starts with a workshop where we jointly do a simple current situation analysis to find the most effective development process. After this we identify any limitations and who should be interviewed and why.
PPD then continues with mapping, analysis, feedback and presentation. Mapping is done through interviews with selected key-personnel. Areas to be covered includes the company's current and desired positioning, initiatives and challenges.
The analysis of the company's current working processes identifies achievable changes based on communication, business development and IT-support. A comparison is made with the company's current business goals and the optimal implementation of the future process. Feedback is given to the technical possibilities and its impact on the organization and the defined goals and which activity benefits could be achieved.

Implementation
A PPD is normally carried out within a four week period of workshops, interviews and a final report. This represents a total time of less than one working day per participant.

Demarcation
Each PPD is limited to a selected process and a place of work. PPD can be performed on several processes at several places of work where the service is preceded and followed by other services. In some cases the service is preceded by the client's starting work and then finalized by the client itself.

Results and delivery
The delivery to the investigated company is a concise and product independent report in the form of a PowerPoint document presented to the client and the management team. The report can preferably be used as a basis for future priorities and for the planning of the implementation based on the selected solutions and IT-support.
