Planning Education
The education has been developed together with several of our customers who have seen the need to provide their employees with basic training in planning techniques. The education is general and is not governed by any specific planning applications. During the education we will review the approach to create a realistic time schedule.
After the education the participants can:
• Create a simple WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Differentiating activities and objectives
• Create task list and networking plan and carry out network calculations
• Understand the difference between planning with Early and Late dates for start and finish
• Understand different ways to eliminate uncertainties in the time schedule
• Resource Balancing of the time schedule
• Conduct follow-up of the time schedule, analyze the time schedule based on activities, resources and costs
