COWI Management wants to be a part of the development of our clients' project environments. As part of this we have customized education of tools and programs. A customized education gives you the opportunity to learn both software and planning while focusing on the parts that are most important to your business right now.
These educations provides both programming knowledge and management theory to apply directly into your work. Knowledge gives energy which allows you to tackle tasks in a new way and feel secure in your professional role.
When a customized education is being developed in conjunction with the client and the trainer the time for education is used in the most possible efficient manner.

Work is more fun if you are familiar with your software. A customized education has the advantage that it begins and ends at exactly the level of the participants needs, so you get the most out of the time you choose to spend on your education. If you want to do deep dives in a specific field, you can combine two courses into one, to compare the different software versions, adjust the length of the education, make the content to focus on fewer areas, or otherwise customize according to your wishes. All our trainers are consultants who share their time between education and working out at the clients with different day-to-day issues. Our trainers are educated in teaching, structured and responsible with a practice-related knowledge. They are passionate about teaching their experience and are delighted to see others grow in their roles.
Implementation
The education is planned in close cooperation between COWI Management and the customer. The education is implemented either in our own adapted facilities in Stockholm or Gothenburg, at the client or in rented premises. The duration of the education and how much of the educational administration to be performed by COWI Management (booking confirmations, notices, training certificates, etc.) are decided jointly. Each participant should have his own workstation, for best results. Theory are mixed with practical exercises for optimal learning. In order to constantly improve ourselves we measure how education is perceived by asking about the course evaluations from our participants. The results of these elements, we of course share with our customers. Training certificate is awarded to all who have received education in COWI Management.
